Delete your Synqq account

Delete immediately in Synqq

1. Sign in to the Synqq mobile app or website.
2. Open Profile.
3. Scroll to Delete account.
4. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

Request deletion from the web

If you cannot sign in, email us from the address associated with your Synqq account. Include your Synqq username if you know it. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

We aim to complete verified manual requests within 30 days and will confirm when deletion is complete.

What deletion removes

Deleting your Synqq account removes the active copies of:

• your account, profile, visible contact methods, and profile photo;
• authentication sessions and linked OAuth identity records;
• connection requests, connections, direct messages, blocks, and both copies of relationship context;
• private notes, places, events, tags, reminders, and follow-up details.

Limited records may be retained when required by law, for fraud prevention, or temporarily in routine provider backups and security logs until their normal deletion cycles complete. Deleting Synqq does not delete your Google or Apple account and does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel a subscription from the relevant store before or after deleting Synqq. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may retain purchase or transaction records under their own policies and legal obligations.

When your Synqq account is linked with Sign in with Apple, Synqq attempts to revoke its Apple authorization during deletion. You can also remove Synqq manually from the Sign in with Apple section of your Apple Account settings.
